AI Implementation Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for an AI Implementation Engineer to help businesses integrate AI tools and solutions into their operations. You'll work with clients to understand their needs, recommend the right AI tools, and help implement them while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Tool Integration
  • Evaluate and recommend AI tools and platforms for client needs
  • Configure and deploy AI solutions like ChatGPT, Claude, custom models, and automation tools
  • Set up integrations between AI tools and existing business systems
  • Train clients on using AI tools effectively and safely
• Compliance & Security
  • Ensure AI implementations meet industry standards (HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR)
  • Implement proper data handling and privacy controls
  • Set up secure access controls and user permissions
  • Document compliance procedures and maintain audit trails
• Client Support
  • Work with clients to understand their business processes and AI opportunities
  • Provide technical guidance on AI tool selection and implementation
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize AI tool performance
  • Create documentation and training materials for client teams

Required Qualifications

• AI Tools & Platforms
  • Hands-on experience with major AI platforms: OpenAI (ChatGPT, GPT-4), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini)
  • Knowledge of AI automation tools: Zapier, Make.com, Microsoft Power Automate
  • Understanding of AI model capabilities, limitations, and appropriate use cases
  • Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization
• Business & Compliance
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI-DSS)
  • Knowledge of data governance and AI ethics principles
  • Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Ability to create compliance documentation and audit trails
• Technical Integration
  • Experience with APIs and webhook integrations
  • Understanding of common business systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
  • Basic knowledge of database concepts and data flow
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
• Client-Facing Skills
  • Strong communication skills for explaining AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience conducting workshops, demos, and training sessions
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Project management skills for implementation timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with business process automation
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Background in consulting or client-facing roles
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other business systems
• Understanding of data security and privacy best practices
